tue training was great, learnt sum new kicks( althg stil nt good at it)
unfortunately rein was injured by my toe nails..LOL
haha anw kinda dun have enuf slp nw a days..
went out wif cj n alex 2 buy e red keychain
well ivan n nigel did came along but left after a short while..
followed by alex.
anw im suppose 2 do my work yet i went out slacking
its ok ba 1 in a while haha..

y do i have a feeling of destroying everythg?
thgs aint gg smoothly..
althg being bz is good( for my case)..
yet i feel so frustrated sumtimes..maybe cos i din gt wad is expected ba?

Went 4 teawando training ytd n find it quite fun
